Weekly orshort-termrentals

Our rates vary according to the season and correspond to the rental of the villa as a whole.

Depending on the period and demand, we can consider " short-termrentals" with a minimum of 3 or 4 nights.

During "high season", the minimum rental period is 7 nights.

A discount is available for stays of 14 nights or more, Don't hesitate to ask us for a personalized study of your stay.

Arrivals are from 5pm to 7pm and departures from 8am to 10am.

End-of-stay cleaning charge >> 270€.

(An intermediate cleaning service is compulsory for rentals > 14 nights).

The terms of payment for your stay

50% deposit on booking by bank transfer.

If the period between the date of booking and the date of the beginning of the stay is less than 7 days, the full amount of the rental will be required upon confirmation of the booking.

In case of cancellation by the client :

Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation between the 29th day and the 15th day before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained.

Cancellation between the 14th day and the 8th day before arrival, the full deposit will be retained.

Payment of the balance on D-7 before your arrival by bank transfer. After this date, no refunds will be made in case of cancellation.

In the event of cancellation by the owner: you will be reimbursed immediately and without penalty of the sums paid.

Adeposit of 2000 € to be given to the owner on arrival by bank cheque. It will be fully refunded within 7 days after your departure, if no damage has been noted, the inventory is complete and all the spaces are left clean and in good condition.

In the event of damage estimated to exceed the amount of the deposit,
your special holiday liability insurance will be used (certificate to be provided before your arrival).

Payments accepted by bank transfer, cash or bank cheques.

Additional tourist tax, proportional to number of people (€2.83 / adult / night - rate 2023).

This tax will be collected by us at the time of your arrival.

VAT exemption by right according to article 261 D, 4° of the CGI (Occasional, permanent or seasonal rentals of furnished or furnished housing for residential use are exempt from VAT).
