Let yourself be seduced by this beautiful villa, the Mas du Cap Brun, a new construction completed in 2021 using noble materials where charm and luxury combine to offer you a unique and unforgettable stay all year round.

We wanted warm, bright and optimally arranged living spaces to comfortably accommodate you, your family or friends, up to 8 people.

We have taken particular care in the decoration, combining tradition and modernity, elegance and relaxation (travertine, Provencal ceiling with exposed beams, old fireplaces, ironwork...).

We have opted for an eco-responsible attitude (a relaxation pool rather than a swimming pool), to respect the environment and reduce energy consumption (details on request).

This detached vacation home is fully equipped and prepared for your comfort from the moment you arrive.

Colette and Fabrice

Le Mas is ideally located "two steps" from the sea and the Anses Méjean and Magaud, heavenly creeks with crystal clear water, in the residential area of Cap Brun which Toulon residents love. You are sure to fall in love with this preserved coastline and its little corners of paradise. You will be seduced by the charm and the authenticity of the place, a corner of greenery only a few minutes away from the heart of the city, the marina and the various centers of interest of the city of Toulon. It is also an ideal base from which to discover the Mediterranean coast and Provence.

Relax and enjoythe warmth of sunny summer days and the softness of starry nights on the large, fully equipped south-facing terrace, as well as on the intimate terrace with its bioclimatic pergola.

The false pepper tree will bring a natural shade and a freshness well appreciated for your meals placed under the sign of the conviviality with the barbecue placed at your disposal.

Planted with many Mediterranean species, you will never be far from lavender or olive trees!

Kitchen and living room

Kitchen open to the south-facing living room and dining room, fully equipped (traditional oven, microwave oven, 4-burner induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, food processor, multi-cooker, Sodastream machine, crockery, glassware, kitchen utensils and table linen, etc.).

The living room has a dining table for 8 people, leather sofa, television, decorative fireplace...

Generous volumes are ideal for family reunions or with friends, while maintaining privacy, the basis for a successful vacation.

Méjean Room

On the ground floor, direct access to the terrace, 27m² with dressing room and bathroom (for 2 persons). Large surface to respect the intimacy and the peace of each one.

1 queen-size double bed (160×200) which can be converted into 2 single beds (2x80x200), decorative fireplace, dressing table, armchair (toilet adjacent to the room)

Bathroom with Italian shower (120×160), double washbasin, towel dryer, anti-fog light mirror, hair dryer.

Bathroom and toilet windows with mosquito nets. Reversible air conditioning.

Bed linen and towels are provided (can be renewed during the week for an extra charge).

Mourillon Room

On the first floor, 32m² with dressing room, bathroom and toilet (for 2 people). A large area to respect the privacy and tranquility of each person.

1 queen-size double bed (160×200) which can be converted into 2 single beds (2x80x200), desk and armchair.

Bathroom with Italian shower (120×160), double washbasin, towel dryer, anti-fog light mirror, hair dryer.

Bedroom windows, bathroom and toilet with mosquito nets. Reversible air conditioning.

Magaud Room

On the first floor, with its private equipped terrace, surface 34m², with dressing room, bathroom and toilets (for 4 persons). Large surface area to respect the privacy and tranquillity of each person.

1 queen-size bed (160×200) which can be converted into 2 single beds (2x80x200), 2 convertible armchairs (2x80x200 or 160×200), desk and armchair.

Bathroom with Italian shower (120×160), double washbasin, towel dryer, anti-fog light mirror, hair dryer.

Bedroom windows, bathroom and toilet with mosquito nets. Reversible air conditioning.

Bed linen and towels are provided (can be renewed during the week for an extra charge).

  I was able to spend a few days with my family at Mas du Cap Brun and I have to say that my stay was great in every way.
The accommodation was simply perfect. The rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated, with an obvious attention to detail. The cinema room, swimming pool and hydro-jet massage room are top-notch and perfect for relaxation.
The hosts also deserve a special mention. Their availability and kindness made my stay even more pleasant (thanks again for the baby gate).
The location of Mas du Cap Brun is ideal for exploring the surrounding area and going to the beach.

  Very beautiful Provencal house in a magnificent setting, located on the seaside. Calm and serenity are the order of the day during your stay.
A very neat decoration, top-of-the-range equipments, a well being space at the top, a garden with trees and flowers, will fill the amateurs of farnientes. A big thank you to Colette and Fabrice, who will be happy to welcome you and make you want to come back soon.

  This exceptional place allowed us to spend an exceptional vacation! This house has been designed to make everyone have fun and feel good, young and old alike! It has everything! Ball field, billiards, massage room, hydrojets, cinema. The house is modern, clean and very pleasant! We were in a quiet place and close to the beaches, the location is ideal! As for the owners, what can I say! I have never seen such nice, helpful and welcoming people. They will do everything to make your stay as perfect as possible!   We have a great deal of experience in Mas du Cap Brun. The house is ideally situated in the middle of the woods of Magaud and Méjean. The house is great, new, very light, very nice (which was not the case during this war period) and very rustic. Every detail is well taken care of! The use of the house is sensational, it is free from petanquebaan to bioscoopzaal, and the hydromassagebed and biljarttafel are not to be missed! When we were with two children (20 and 18) and a younger child (10), we were surprised. The children are very kind and helpful. We are doing great!

  We had a wonderful stay at Mas du Cap Brun. The location of the house is ideal, close to the beautiful creeks of Magaud and Méjean. The house is superb, new, very nicely decorated, very cool (appreciated during this heat wave) and very quiet. Every detail has been well thought out! The equipment of the house is sensational, nothing is missing, from the petanque court to the cinema room, without forgetting the hydro massage bed and the billiard table! On vacation with our older children (20 and 18) and a younger one of 10, everyone was delighted. The owners are very friendly and always available to help. We will be back!

  A perfect stay in a truly idyllic location! This "townhouse" is superbly equipped and tastefully decorated: it is a haven of peace and comfort, ideal for 6 adults. The owners, who are available and very attentive, have taken care of every detail. The Cap Brun area is well situated to enjoy Toulon or ...take to the sea.
