Let yourself be seduced by this beautiful villa, the Mas du Cap Brun, a new construction completed in 2021 using noble materials where charm and luxury combine to offer you a unique and unforgettable stay all year round.
We wanted warm, bright and optimally arranged living spaces to comfortably accommodate you, your family or friends, up to 8 people.
We have taken particular care in the decoration, combining tradition and modernity, elegance and relaxation (travertine, Provencal ceiling with exposed beams, old fireplaces, ironwork...).
We have opted for an eco-responsible attitude (a relaxation pool rather than a swimming pool), to respect the environment and reduce energy consumption (details on request).
This detached vacation home is fully equipped and prepared for your comfort from the moment you arrive.

Colette and Fabrice
Le Mas is ideally located "two steps" from the sea and the Anses Méjean and Magaud, heavenly creeks with crystal clear water, in the residential area of Cap Brun which Toulon residents love. You are sure to fall in love with this preserved coastline and its little corners of paradise. You will be seduced by the charm and the authenticity of the place, a corner of greenery only a few minutes away from the heart of the city, the marina and the various centers of interest of the city of Toulon. It is also an ideal base from which to discover the Mediterranean coast and Provence.
The wellness area
A space dedicated to the relaxation of body and mind in a charming spa room adjoining the main house.
HYDROJET Wellness Therapy: lying on a warm water mattress without touching the water, enjoy the unique sensation of "floating-massaging".
The cinema room
Full HD 4K laser projector, large screen and high-end sound system.

Born and bred in Toulon, we are Colette and Fabrice, and have lived in the Cap Brun residential area since 2006. Colette's professional experience in the hotel and event business guarantees you top-quality service. Garden side
Relax and enjoythe warmth of sunny summer days and the softness of starry nights on the large, fully equipped south-facing terrace, as well as on the intimate terrace with its bioclimatic pergola.
The false pepper tree will bring a natural shade and a freshness well appreciated for your meals placed under the sign of the conviviality with the barbecue placed at your disposal.
Planted with many Mediterranean species, you will never be far from lavender or olive trees!
Also in the garden:
- a secure relaxation pool (*)
- a boules park.
(*) Opening of the pool between May 1st and September 30th, subject to favorable weather conditions 🙂
Kitchen and living room
Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (conventional oven, microwave oven, 4-burner induction hob, hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, food processor, multi-cooker, Sodastream machine, crockery, glassware, kitchen utensils and table linen).
The living room has a dining table for 8 people, leather sofa, television, decorative fireplace...
Generous volumes are ideal for family reunions or with friends, while maintaining privacy, the basis for a successful vacation.

On the ground floor, direct access to the terrace, 27m² with dressing room and bathroom (for 2 persons). Large surface to respect the intimacy and the peace of each one.

Bathroom with Italian shower (120×160), double washbasin, towel dryer, anti-fog light mirror, hair dryer.

Mourillon Room
On the first floor, 32m² with dressing room, bathroom and toilet (for 2 people). A large area to respect the privacy and tranquility of each person.
